your conditional approval for a S.B. 35 exemption to divide your parcel
into two lots has expired. As mentioned in earlier letters sent to you

1983) the conditions of approval as outlined by the Board of County
Corurissioners on May 16, 1983 had to have been met by September 16, 1983.
On November 7, 1983, the Board of County Conrnissioners determined that
your S.B. 35 application is no longer a valid application. If you wish to
ieapply for the same action as requested earlier, You rnay do so. Hor"ever,
no fees previously paid can be credited to you.

Dear Tim:
This is a note to remind you that you only have until
September 16, 1983 to meeL the conditions of approval for
the EIvira Anderson property. The conditions are as
follows:
I A legal instrument be created giving the
necessary adoitional right-of-way along the
north side of the proposal to allow for an 80
foot right-of-way along County Road 346.
An acceptable access plan be submitted to the
County Road and Bridge Department.
Receipt of $200.00 for a school assessment fee.
A pre-annexation agreement with the City of
Rifle for Lot A be developed.
A well permit for Tract B shall be obtained
prior to final approval.
Please let me know as soon as these conditions are
met so that f can draw up the aPpropriate resolution.
