The conditions are as follows: I A legal instrument be created giving the necessary adoitional right-of-way along the north side of the proposal to allow for an 80 foot right-of-way along County Road 346. An acceptable access plan be submitted to the County Road and Bridge Department. Receipt of $200.00 for a school assessment fee. A pre-annexation agreement with the City of Rifle for Lot A be developed. A well permit for Tract B shall be obtained prior to final approval.
