One of the foilowing requirements must be met to qualify for an exemption from the
giitield County Subdivision regulations:
1. The newly created parcel will be for a spouse' son' daughter' or spouse
of a deceased child'
2. The subdivided parcel is split by a public right-of-way (State or Federal

Currently, there is a wel I producing 15 g.p.m.
which is serving the home located on proposed Lot This wel I produces more
