Watei for each home will be provided by a household use only well which cannot be used for irrigation of lawns or gardens ' Based upon the above, we have no objection to the exemption pro- vided the 5 shares of the Porter Ditch are conveyed to the lot purchasers and lot purchasers are informed that household use only domestic wells will be permitted by this office. Furthermore, we would request the county to include as part of the exemption resolution a statement that any further resubdivision of the 3 lots would be subject to standard subdivision regulations ' a,d .
