Enclosed is my request for a subdivision exemption on our property
located in thl West Oivide area. We had previously discussed division
into two parcels, but as you will notice we are now looking at three -

Dear Mr. Witkowski:
Mr. chuck Baker has provided additionat information concerning the
above referenced exemption which now consists of 3 lots on 59 acres in the
West Divide Creek watershed '
Mr. Baker has agreed to convey the 5 shares of the Porter Ditch used
on the property to lot purchasers so that irrigation water wilt be provided
from the ditch. Watei for each home will be provided by a household use
only well which cannot be used for irrigation of lawns or gardens '
Based upon the above, we have no objection to the exemption pro-
vided the 5 shares of the Porter Ditch are conveyed to the lot purchasers
and lot purchasers are informed that household use only domestic wells
will be permitted by this office. Furthermore, we would request the county
to include as part of the exemption resolution a statement that any further
resubdivision of the 3 lots would be subject to standard subdivision regulations '

located in the West Divide Creek area, approximately eight
miles south of Si1t. Also enclosed is a photograph of the
area.
I would like to apply for an exemption from the Subdivision
Regulations and divide this property into two parcels--one
of approximately 22 acres and the other of 30 acres.
