PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (.l973) Section 30-28-l0l (.l0) (a)-(a) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September l,
197? and amenrled April .l4, 1975, Section l.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
B. J. AKINS and ZILLI AKINS respectful ly
petitioners the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colortido, to
exemp t by resolution the division of 4.180 acre tract of land into two
tracts of approximately 3-q) and -?6 acres each, more or less, and
which tract to he subdivided is more particularly described as follor,rs:
