PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(a) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regu'lations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
L972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1..02.L7 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-

respectful'ly petitions the Board of County Cornmissioners of Garfield County,
CoIorado, to exempt by resolution the division of ZO acre tract of
land into 3 tracts of approximately 10 - 5 - .f acres each,
rore or 1ess, and which tract to be subdivided is more particular'ly described as

Re: Adams Exemption
Dear N4s. Andreasen:
We have reviewed the above referenced application for exemption.
The three proposed parcels would use individual domestic wells for the
water supply. These wells would obtain water which is tributary to Rifle
Creek which is an over-appropriated stream. As such, permits for new
wells could not be issued by this office and we do not recommend approval
of the Adams Exemption.
