of the State of Colorado on the 3rd day of January, 7957, and was assigned
No. 20955.
The Court further finds that the character of use for said ditch
which is the pipe line is for domestic and other beneficial purposes and
the only irrigation is for garden and lawn irrigation.
The Court further finds that the claimants, Richard Burry and
Viola E. Burry and their predessors in title, have appropriated . 12S of
a cubic foot per second of tirne through said ditch, which is the pipeline,
with reasonable diligence from and since June 1, 19bl.
The Court further finds from the testimony adduced herein that
the Burry spring Pump and pipe Line is entitled to Ditch No
