PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(10)(a) - (d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and
3.02.01, the undersigned
PAUL B. BAUM and GOLDA R. BAUM
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution Lot No. 14, Morrisania Ranch,
Grand Valley, Colorado (10.77 acres)
more fully hereinafter described, from the de;initions of "subdivision"
and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973)
Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,
for the reasons stated below: The property has two homes on it and petitioners
wish to keep only their home and minimum acreage allowed of two acres and sell
other home and 8 acres, more or less. Each house has separate septic systems,
and one well serves both houses. At such time as 8 acres is sold, it will be
conveyed subject to an easement for water line to home on two acre parcel.

enclosing two copies of a Petition for Exemption from Senate
Bill 35 provisions signed by Paul B. and Golda R. Baum, along
with their check in the amount of $60.00. Also, enclosed is
a portion of the Morrisania Ranch map showing the location of
the property in Section 2, T7S, R95W of the 6th P.M.
