'2ETITION 2011 EXEMPTIONS
Pursuant to C.R.S. 106-2-33(3)(d)(1963) as amended, the
undersigned, ,4„,,A and
respectfully petition the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by Resolution CP'X
parcel(s) of land, more fully herein describod, and for the reasons
set forth herein.
1. Petitioners are the owners of a tract of land in Garfield
County, Colorado. Description as follows:
A triangular shaped parcel of land situated in Lot 16
Of Section 17, and in Tract No. 37 of Section 17,
Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, lying Northerly of the Southerly line of said
Lot 16 and Southeasterly of the Southeasterly right—of—
way line of a County Road as constructed and in place,
said parcel of land is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly lino of said.
Lot 16 whence an iron post with a brass cap found in
place and properly marked for Angle Point No. 7 of
said Tract No. 37 bears: N. 7109,30" W. 325.12 feet;
thence West 898.39 foot along the Southerly line of
said. Lot 16 to a point on the Southeasterly right—of—.
way line of said road; thence N. 5923'00" E. 997.54
foot along the Southeastorly right—of—way line of said
road; thence S. 06a36109" E. 501.18 feet, more or less
to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 16, the
point of boginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 5.14 acres,
more or less.

2. Brief explanation:
The petitioners Charles A. Beck and. Mona E. Beck
would like to state that water will be provided to
the tract by a spring located to the south of the
tract, or by a well where there is reasonable
probability of locating domestic water. There is
adequate ingress and egress to the said tract.
The petitioners will comply with all regulations
dealing with septic systems. Electricity will be
provided by the Holy Cross Electric System.
3. A copy of, the deed of conveyance, will be filed with the
Petition and the Resolution if the exemption is granted.

Dear Mr. Beck:
Be it known to the Planning and Zoning Commision of Garfield County,
State of Colorado, that Holy Cross Electric Association, Inc., is
the certificated electric public utility in Lot 16, Tract 37, Section 17,
Township 9 South, Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield
County, Colorado.
Be it further known that Holy Cross Electric has existing facilities
with adequate power to serve the Beck property, provided utility easements
are granted and contracts are signed for payment of construction.
