Re: Eustis Exemption &
Becker Exemption
Dear Mr. Farrar:
J. A. DANIELSON
State Engineer
We have reviewed the above referenced applications for exemption.
The wells proposed as the water supply would intercept ground water
which is tributary to Cattle Creek, and over -appropriated stream. Since
new wells could cause the injury to senior vested water rights, well
permits cannot be issued by this office and we cannot recommend approval
of these proposals.
Very truly yours,

Dear Mr. Becker,
We would like to purchase from you the land we have
previously discussed adjoining the 1 acre and house
we own at 0594 County Road 110, Glenwood Springs,
Colorado.
This property we would purchase from you, amounting to
about 6 acres, more or less, depending upon how it
would best survey out for you, would be attached to the
1 acre and residence at that address. It is not our
intention to create a separate parcel of land, but
rather to simply add more acerage to the existing
residence.
Thank you,.
