I spoke with my guys on this. Matt during an inspection asked Caleb if he had a state access permit and Caleb said he
did. Matt had heard from other sources the property was hard to sell because of the access issues. Feel free to contact
Matt if you need additional information. Matt thought the project would be ready for a C.O. in a month or so.
