The request for Sketch Plan Review and Exemption filed
by Elk Creek Development, Inc. and Mary Louise Jolley having been
heard by the County Commissioners of Garfield County, this,x.t --
day of 4 t , 1976, and the Board having determined that the
exemption from the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations of the
exchange of properties requested will not create a problem related
to the intensive use of land or provision of utilities and services
or access and is not part of an existing or potential larger land
development project;
NOW, THEREFORE, The Board of County Commissioners does
hereby exempt from the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations
the parcels of land described on Exhibits A and B hereto attached;
provided, however, that parcel described on Exhibit A shall be
conveyed to Mary Louise Jolley by Elk Creek Development, Inc. and
shall be treated as a unit with the existing homesite owned by
Mary Louise Jolley which is more particularly described
A tract of land in the E 4NW4 SE 4, Section 25,
Township 5 South, Range 91 West of the 6th
P.M. and described as follows:
Beginning at a point whence the E4 corner
of said thence N. 89°58' E. 286.43 feet;
thence S. 0°2' E. 208.10 feet; thence along
County Road 245 N. 78°42' W. 21.45 feet;
thence N. 62°10' W. 273.60 feet; thence N.
67°42'W. 63.78 feet; thence N. 34°23' E.
62.75 feet to the point of beginning.

and further provided that that parcel described on Exhibit B
hereto attached shall be conveyed to Elk Creek Development, Inc.
and shall be treated as a unit subject to the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations with unsubdivided properties owned by Elk
Creek Development, Inc. in the SW4NE4 of Section 25, Township 5
south, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M., Garfield County, Colorado.
