Hi Fred: The Applicant has resolved both the Road and Bridge issues associated with access (they did not require any
improvements) and has provided additional documentation of legal access through their Attorney. Per our discussion I
will advise David that he can issue the building permit with the condition that the water quality test (for Colorado
Primary Drinking Water Standards) will be provided prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy pursuant to your
direction yesterday. Their preliminary test for bacteria showed no problems.
