We still plan to complete our application and pull the permit. I would like to formally request an extension. The completion of the application has taken longer than expected because, we submitted the initial application too early. I was not aware of the requirement of engineered drawings. I filed the application talking with you folks about "finishing my basement", a relatively simple process I think. In reality, what I wasn't clear about is the fact that our current crawl space is dirt floor, so its more than just finishing a basement. Once we all got on the same page, I learned that I needed to involve an engineer. Since this time myself and my contractor have been talking with an engineer to decide on an economical solution to our concrete etc. We all met this week and hope to soon have a finished application to submit to you. Once again, I'd appreciate the one-time extension. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Thank you. Jory Sorensen 1
