When reviewing a plan and it's discovered that required information has not been provided by the applicant, this will result in the delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding with building construction. The owner or contractor shall be required to provide this information before the plan review can proceed. Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Dr. Morton has a legally decreed west that has historically served (2) individual Single Family Dwellings. The historical use was verified by his neighbor Mr. Raymond Morgan. Mr. Morgan stated that his home and the home of Mr. Marton were both serviced by the Morton well and that his home had been disconnected sometime in the mid 80's. After reviewing Dr. Morton's decree and confirming the historic uses of his well, it appears the conditions are consistent with CRS 37-92-602 (5), and it is the opinion of alis office that the Morton well can legally service (2) Individual Single Family Dwellings; for in house uses, irrigation of historic lawn and gardens, and the watering of stock.
