The Van Horton's would like to submit for a few changes to their Garage/Storage project. The attached 4 page PDF shows the areas clouded indicating the changes. In short, they want to modify the stair configuration on the East side, and provide concrete piers for a future deck on the West side. On the West side you will also see doors in place of windows that would access the future deck, also there are railings outside of those doors until they apply for the future ADU as well as the future deck. Let me know if this comes through OK and what we need to do to satisfy the requirements for this change to be approved.
