Please go ahead with closing the permits as suggested in your email and include this addendum. I believe the engineer for the 2"d project permit 1691 has signed off on it already and we will close out that permit as well. It does not make sense to spend money to renew these permits. If there is additional work required in the future, a new permit can be taken out to cover that work. Good luck with the pending litigation. I hope it comes out in your favor.
