To Whom It May Concern:
Personnel of Pattillo Associates Engineers have inspected the completed beam shoring
repairs made by Yampah Builders and as specified in our Shoring Plan and Details
drawing (Sheet 81) dated July 12, 2013.
Based on our field observations and discussions with the contractor, we believe that the
as -built construction is in substantial conformance with the drawings and specifications,
and with our design intent.
It is my opinion that the house is reasonably structurally safe to enter at present and will
probably remain safe in the near future, for a period up to three months. Another
inspection should be conducted on or before November 1 to verify its safety if entry is
desired after that time. Moderate activity may be conducted within the building until
then, such as for cleaning and maintenance or for removal of furniture, fixtures and
appliances, but it should not be considered habitable.
