The following is what people normally send to authorize us to get their permits.
I authorize D&D Septic Services, LLC to get my permit for septic repair.
And then just put your name! Super simple!
Thanks for looking for that sight plan! It just needs to show us where the tank and leach field are in relation to the house. It can be just a
hand drawing. Doesn't have to be technical. If you don't have one, Jason can draw one up.
I hope that you can get into your house soon!
