Outside grading done to where water will detour away from the building. 7. Exceptions to the outside steps, decks and grading may be made upon the demonstration of extenuating circumstances, i.e., weather, but a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all the required items are completed and a final inspection made. 8. A final inspection sign off by the Garfield County Road Sr Bridge Department for driveway installation, where applicable; as well as any final sign off by the Fire District, where applicable.
