Final Exemption Plat: Mylar and two copies attached: Your earlier comments re road rights of way and applicability of plat notes to the parent parcel have been addressed. The County Surveyor has verbally approved the Plat, but the mylar will have to be submitted to him for signature (fee paid by Hunt, see receipt attached) Final Plat to be submitted by 12/4/01: On 11/28/2001 (date left off of letter) an extension to 1/14/2002 was requested. School site acquisition fees: Paid by Hunt earlier. Comply with County Zoning Regs and CDH standards: done Mineral Rights Disclosure: See Plat Note Well tests: Wells for Permit Nos. 231230 (South Well) and 231229 (north well) attached have been drilled and tested. Well Permit No. 156816 is the long existing well on the parent parcel and has been in use since applicants' acquired the property in 1977 (See Registration of Existing Well in 1990 included in application) 1. 4hr pump test: Samuelson letters of 10/24/2001 and Well Test Reports for both wells. 2. Finalization of the Plat, and water well drilling and testing have taken longer than expected. The Hunts would like to request an extension to January 14, 2002 for signing of the Final Plat. They do not expect to need this much time, but due to the holiday season, things may take longer than expected. Note: per your discussions with Mr. Hunt and Commissioner McCown, the following changes are being made: 1. The extraneous lines along the west and north borders of the parcels, in CR 260 are being deleted. Thank you for bringing this error to our attention. Attached is excerpt showing changes being made.
