Gentlemen:
April 14, 1977
It has come to the city's attention that some property north of the
city, in the county, belonging to Jon Isham is in the process of
being reviewed under a Senate Bill 35 hearing before the county com-
missioners.
I have talked with the owner of the property and the city at this point
can see no problems in the immediate future involving this land divi-
sion. The only comment that we would like to make at this time is
that when and if city utilities are available in that area, it would
probably be to the advantage of the property owner to participate
with the city in providing sanitary facilities.
We do appreciate the opportunity to review these kinds of transactions
so as to coordinate a better joint effort of land use and other pro-
grams with Garfield County. We also at this time would like to thank
the county commissioners and Mr. \~itkows ki of the Planning Department
for the cooperation that you have extended in reference to city/county
projects in our area.

Very _truly yours,
