We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water available for appropriation. This
office can issue individual domestic well permits to individual lot purchasers
and we recommend approval of the Hayes Exemption.

Dear Commissioners:

November 29, 1979
I wish to divide a J acre parcel of land out of the total acrage amounting to
approximately J9 acres to move in a frame constructed house, which we will
remodel in accordance to County regulations, and make it our home.
The intent is to drill a well for the water source. There is a spring on the
land which may also be developed to provide water to this house. Also there is
an old cistern which could be cleaned and put into use if need be. A septic
tank sustern is planned to be used. The Colorado River is the drainag e basan for
this land.
Solar Country is preforming a boundary survey of our land and I authori z e them
to handle this exemption procedures.
