when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to-wit:

A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.96-059 (Jackson)
REGARDING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
WHEREAS, Lazy H Slash Eleven, L.L.C.(aka Carter T. Jackson and Louise van R Jackson)
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for an exemption from the
definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" under C.RS. 1973, 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d), as
amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted April 23, 1984, Section
8:00 through 8:60 and for the division of a 313.91 acre tract as described in Book 285, Page 238, as filed
in the Offices of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado, into four (4) parcels of approximately
5.002, 2.171, 11.248 and 295.489 acres each, more or less, with the exemption parcels more practically as
follows:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did approve the proposed exemption from the
definition of subdivision by Resolution 96-059, but said resolution identified the applicants as Carter T.
Jackson and Louise van R Jackson; the original tract as being 230.0 acres in size and the Ranch Parcel as
being 211.579 acres due to a scrivener's error
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the division of the above described Ranch Parcel and
Parcels 1, 2 and 3 from the 313.91 acre tract owned by the Lazy H Slash Eleven, L.L.C. is hereby exempted
from such definitions and may be conveyed in the form of such the "Ranch Parcel" and Parcels "1 ", "2" and
"3" as is more fully described above and that a copy of the instrument or instruments of conveyance when
recorded shall be filed with this Resolution.
