PETITION FOR EXEMPTIONS
Pursuant to C,R.S, 106-2-33(3)(d)(1963), as amended, the undersigned,
Fred R. Ingelhart respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by Resolution one parcel of land, more
fully herein described, and for the reasons set forth herein,
1. Legal Description: A tract of land situated in the NE2SE2i Section 21,
Township 6 South, Range 89 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of State Highway 82 and the
East line of said NESE thence the East Quarter Corner of said Section 21
bears North 1° 081 East, 568.65 feet; thence 1° 081 West, 160.0 feet along
the East line of said N°ESE4 to the Northerly bank of the Roaring Fork
River; thence North 50 161 West, 368.39 feet along said Northerly
bank; thence North 53° 21' East, 12.8.0 feet to the Southerly line of
State Highway No. 82; thence South 50° 261 East, 238.1 feet along said
Southerly line to the point of beginning.
2, We have been assured by the City of Glenwood Springs that we will
be allowed to connect to city sewer systems and to city water supply.
There is also ready access to County Road 154.
