PLANNER A request has been directed to this office concerning an additional water tap and sewer service to property owned by Mr. Fred Rnglehart on South Grand Avenue for purposes of meeting requirements for subdivision of that property. Execution of the attached development agreement by Mr. Englehart will constitute qualification for an additional water service tap and access to the sewer system of the City. Final plans for any improvement will require approval by the City Council prior to commencement of any construction. The executed development agreement must be recorded as a part of any documentation allowing for lot - split or platting of an additional development site. We trust that this procedure will allow for the platting of an additional building site subject to the installa- tion of water and sewer service prior to development.
