of the. North-South Centerline of said Section 4 and Northerly of the
Northerly right-of-way line of a county road as constructed an( in place,
sald parcel of land is descrlbed as foLlows:
Beginning at the south Quarter corner of said section 4; thence N. 00o29' 34" u. 990.67 feet along sald NorEh-South Centerline to a point
on the Northerly right-of-way line of said road, the True Point of
beginning; thence N. 76"02'35" W. 79.67 feet along said Northerly right-
of-way line; thence 100.26 feet along the arc of a curve to the Ieft,
having a radj-us of 230.00 feet, the chord of which bears: N. 88"32'10" W.
99.47 feet; thence S. 78"58r32" W. 86.49 feet along the Northerly right-
of-way of said road; rhence N. 08"38t28" w. 379.58 feet; thence N. 78"
23'57" E. 32L.42 feet to a point on said North-South Centerline; thence
S. 00"29t34" E. along said North-South Centerline 445.14 feet to a point
on the Northerly right-of-way line of said county road, the True Point of
