WHEREAS, the Petitioner has'shown to the satisfaction of the Board of County
Commiss'ioners of Garfield Courrty, Colorado, that he desires sa'id exemption for the
purpose of re-sa'le o'f said 2.66 acre tract into sing'le-family residential acreage; and,
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Board
that there is a reasonable probabiiity of locating domestic water on each of sa'id
tracts, that there is adequate ingress and egress to said tracts, that the
location of septic t-anks will be permitted by the Colorado Departnpnt of Health,
that the requested division is in accordance with the gener^a1 purposes arrd interrt
of the Subdiv'isiort }lequlations of the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield
and should, Lherefore, be exenrpted from the defin'ition of the terms "subdivision"

and "subdivided land" as set forth in C.R.S. (.I973) Section 30-28-l0l (10) (a) -
(d) as amended;

hereby exempted from such definition and transfer of said tract may be made by
division into two tracts af 2.66 acres and 9,697.34 acres, more or less, all as
is more fully described above, and further, that no additiona] exemptions on
Petitfoner's land be granted. A. copy of the 'instrument(s) of conveyance when
recorded shall be filed with this Resolution.
