We have reviewed the enclosed information and find it in compliance
with the Senate Bill 35 Exemption procedures.
This property exemption will adequately be served by existing roads
and present no problems relating to the use of the land. It is not
a part of an existing or potential larger land development.
As it is 4.93 acres it is in compliance with the present zoning.
Therefore, this department recommends approval.
