Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have received the above referenced request to divide an BO-acreparcel into tracts of 75 and 5 acres. A well is needed on the S-acretTact. A spring is an optional source of water.
Based on the information presented, this office could issue an addi-tional well pernit for household use only on the S-acre tract. Household
use only we1ls are restricted to use inside one single family dwe11ing.
The spring adjudicated in Case No. W-TTgt may be a possible backup watersource. It cannot be recommended as the sole source of water supply sinceit is a junior water right which is subject to administration under thepriority system.
Since a well permit is available, we can recommend approval of this
proposal.

the State of Col"orado for we.LL permit and have dLscussed this with the State
in Denver, they have stated for our usage they have been granting weIL permitrs
