Smith Arno d L- Mackl E1 mer (Buc kev) Arbane Don DeFord Mi 1dr eri A I sdorf Chuck Desche nes when the following proceedings, among RESOLUT] ON others were had and done, to-wit: No. Bq-r ro A RESOLUTION CONCERNED SUBDIVISTON REGULATIONS WHEREAS r LeO Jammaron has petitioned the Board of county Commissioners of Garfielcl County, Colorado , for an exemption from the definition of the Lerms nsubdivisionn and "subdivided l-andn under C.R.S. 1g73, 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d), as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield Countyr Colorado, adopted April- 23, 1984, Sect.ion 8:00 through B:60 and for the division of an approximately 75 acre tract as described in Book 506, page 467, as fiLed in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield Countyl colorado into three (3) parcels of approximately 64 acres, 5.6 acres and 5.6 acres each, more or less, which proposed divided tracts are more practically described as f oll-ows: WI TH FOR GRANTING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE GARFIELD COUI'ITY LEO JAMMARON.
