PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
respectfully
petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division of .43 acre tract of land into 2
tracts of approximately .043 and .387 acres each, more or less, and
which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows:

.043 tract being the wee4PTi 13 feet of block 7, lot 10 in the Western Hills
Subdivision in West Glenwood. The .387 tract being the remaining portion
of that lot.
from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) -(d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
The owner of lot 9, block 7 in Western Hills wishes to build a garage
and the transfer of 15 feet of lot 10 is necessary in order to leave
10 feet of land from the side of the proposed garage to the property line I
between lots 9 and 10. >AiD /S R /
In support of this petition, the petitioner also submits the following:
(a) Map drawn to scale showing proposed
lot subdivision and access
(b) Copy of deed
(c) Vicinity Map
(d) Statement on source of domestic water
(e) Statement on method of sewage disposal
(f) 100 year floodplain information where
live stream crosses or adjoins said tract
(g) Fee in the amount of $50„00

LEIDNER, whose street address is 0105 Tanager Drive, Glenwood
Springs, County of Garfield and State of Colorado, for the con-
sideration of Sixty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars, in hand paid,
hereby sell and convey to KEITH L. JURGENS and JOYCE A. JURGENS,
in joint tenancy, whose street address is 0500 Mel -Ray Road,
Glenwood Springs, County of Garfield and State of Colorado, the
following real property in the County of Garfield and State of
colorado, to -wit:

with all its appurtenances and warrant title to the same, subject
