PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (.I973) Section 3O-28-l0l (.l0) (a)-(a) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfie'ld County, Colorado, adopted September I,
1972 and amended April 14, .l975, Section .l.02.17 (d) and 3.02.0.l the undersigned
Charles Harris respectful'ly
petitioners the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorddo, to
exempt by reso'lution the division of 9.64 acre tract of land into 2
tracts of approximately 2-58 and 7-06 acres each, more or less, and
which tract to be subdividdd is more particu'lar1y described as follows:

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided Iand" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (.l973) Section 30-28-l0l (a)-(d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:

Re: Harris exemption
Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above refercnced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the
Roaring Fork River at a point where there is still water available for
appropriatbn. This office can issue individual domestic well permits
to individual lot purchasers and we recommend approval of the Harris
Exemption,
