GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
signed

respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of acre tract of
land into tracts of approximately acres each,
more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as
follows:

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:

Township 6 South, Range 93 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly right-
of-way line of a County Road as constructed and in place,
said parcel of land is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly right-of-way line
of said road whence the North Quarter Corner of Section 21,
in said township and range bears:
N. 58°08'40" E. 8692.11 feet;
thence S. 30°31'00" E. 210.00 feet;
thence S. 59°29'00" W. 420.00 feet;
thence N. 30°31'00" W. 210.00 feet to a point on the Southeasterly
right-of-way line of said road;
thence N. 59°29'00" E. 420.00 feet along the Southeasterly
right-of-way line of said road, to the point of beginning.
