pursuant to c-R.s - Lg73, 3o-2g-101(101 161 , the undersignedpetitioners, Harold L. Green and Mary Jane Green, respectively,petition the Board of county commissioners of Garfield county,colorado' to exempt from the Garfield county subdivision Regula-tions, by resolution, the division of a parcel 0f land ownedby said petitioners in accordance with the proposed divisionset forth in Exhibit rrA', attached hereto and by reference madea part hereof' rn support of this petition the undersigned
would show the Board of county commissioners the fo,10wing:
1' That the undersigned purchased the subject property
from A- J. Moscan and Thelma Moscan on or about september r,l97lr and the deed of conveyance was recorded in the officeof the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield Cor:nty, Colorador onseptember L, LgTrr dS Doc. No. zsog34

3. The subject property contains three acres, more or
lessr drd exemption is sought to divide the subject property
into two parcels, one consisting of approximately 2.r3g acres,
which parcel is improved containing the village Green Apartment
complex' and a second unimproved parcel consisting of approximately
'861 acresr all as more fulIy appears in Exhibit !,A,, attached
hereto, which sets forth the fuII and complete legal description
of each such tract.
4 ' That a good and proper water lines and sewer rines have
been installed whereby both parcers are serviced by and capabre
of utilizing the sewage disposal facility of the lvest Grenwood
Springs Sanitation District, and the water supply of the West
Glenwood Springs Water District.
5 ' That a good and proper access road i_s constructed,
existing and in place connecting the 2.r3g acre parcel (which
contains the Village Green Apartment complex) with Highway 6 & 24,
and the lega1 description of a 30 foot roadway easement to
be retained as an appurtenance to said parcel is shown and
described in Exhibit "A'r attached. Access to both tracts, which
would result from the within proposed division, is satisfied
in that the smaller tract is adjacent and borders on u.s. Highway
6 & 24 and an appurtenant easement for roadway purposes wilr
be reserved to provide access to said highway for the larger
tract overr dcross, and through said smaller tract; the ful1
and complete 1ega, descri-ption of which is set forth in Exhibit

6. That petitioners have no plans to further subdivide
