GARIIELD CO PLANNER RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Harold L. Green and Mary Jane Green have petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County' Colorado'
foranexemptionofthefollowingdescribedpropertyunder
c. R. S . Lg73 , 30-28-101 (10 ) (d) ; and
WHEREAS,said'Boardhasdeterminedthatthedivisionof
landproposedisnotwithinthepurPosesofthesubdivision
regulationsand.shouldbeexemptfromthedefinitionofthe
terms ,,subdivision" and "subdivided land" set forth in c'R's'
L973, 30-28-1ol(10) (b)
