Upon reviewing our well status on our house that we just
purchased, we found that the eermit (copy enclosed) had expired.
The well had in fact been drilled and operational for sometime.
We obtained the casing record and well los from Shelton Drillins
We also tryed to find Burton Stokes and was unsuccessful.
Please find this acceptable to reinstate the permit as is.
An answer at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreci-
ated.
