Re: Request for Exemption from the Definition of a Subdivision
Ladies and Gentlemen
This past August I submitted a request for an Exemption from the Definition of a
Subdivision, and was granted conditional approval by the Board at a Public Hearing on
the 20th of that month. Pursuant to this conditional approval, a number of
recommendations and requirements were made by the Staff of your office. Attached
and described below, please find severaldocuments which satisfy Staff's requirements.
lf these papers are to your satisfaction, I now request final approval of my Request for
an Exemption, and any appropriate signatures from the Board.

An Exemption Plat Map is hereby submitted which indicates the legal description
of the property, dimension and area of the proposed lot, access to a public right-
of-way, and a proposed easement for an electric utility line. ln addition, the
required plat notes are included on the cover page of this map. A final plat map
on mylar will be submitted for signatures once the "blue map" has been fully
approved.
A copy of the computer disk containing the plat data for use on the County
Assessofs CAD system will also be submitted upon final approval of the plat
map by your office.
A check in the amount of $200 is also attached representing the school site
acquisition fee for the newly created lot.
A water well has been drilled on the proposed S-acre lot and all the required test
results are attached. A water-sharing agreement is not necessary in this
situation as the subdivided property will be wholly owned by the grantee, Max
Macdonell.
A copy of the driveway permit from the County Road and Bridge Department is
also submitted hereunder.

Gould property on County Road 115. The following information wasobtained; :

Total test time- -4 hrs.
Max drawdown @ 12, gpm ----- ----22A'-5"
Production is greater than---- ------tZ gpm.
This test was conducted with a Goulds test pump Model 13GS. The well
recovered back to 119'-1A U2" in 15 min. If you have any questions please

Dear Mark,
I have reviewed the above plat and have the following
conEnents:
I calculated around Parcel 1 and get a misclosure of 6.5feet. I don't check the area but with the misclosure I
don't know if it is correct, or noL.
2. f calculated around Parcel 2 and get a misclosure of 8.2feet.
3. There are 2 typo's on sheet 1 that I have redlined.
f am enclosing my lot closure calculations for Parcels 1 and2, I may be missing something on lhe plat Ehat accounLs for
t,he closure errors, but I don't think so. The plat addresses
issues in my first letter of l-3 Dec. 2001 a copy of which I
am also enclosing.
