PETITIO\I FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (I973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d)
as atnended, and the Subdivisj-on Regulations of Garfi:e1d County,
Colorado, adopted Septetnber I, L972 and amended April l-4, )975,
Section L.02.77 (d) and 3;02. 01 the undersigned PATRICK L. GROOI{
and EDWARD E. I{EATHEIILY respectfully petitions the Boarci of County
Commissioners of Garfie4d County, Col.orado, to exempt by resolu-
tion the division of a 53.89 acre tract of land into three
tracts of approximately 18.0I, 24.52, dnd 10.38 acres each, more
or less, and which tract to be subd j.vided is rrrore part j:cularly
described as follows:
Lots 7, 8, 9 and 2L, Section 28, Township 7 South,
Range BB West of the 6th Frinclpal Merj_dj-an.

Dear Ms. Andreasen:
We have reviewed the above applications for exemption from County
subdivision regulations. We feel that a dependable water supply will be
available from individual exempt domestic wells which will produce water
tributary to the Roaring Fork River. We recommend approval of the Smith
and Groom-Weather1Y ExemPtions .
