Thanks for letting me know where we're still deficient, and I'll work to get you the requested docs ASAP.
I'll be through Glenwood next week and I'll swing into your office.
Though the building is on WPX surface, it is actually going to be owned and operated by Bargath LLC, the
company that operates the pipeline system on site.

I just wanted to let you know we received the payment and building permit application for WPX Energy Rocky
Mtn, LLC, Meter Building, Parachute, Colorado. I have started the plan review and the following information is
required:
o1) Please see the attached Commercial Building Permit Checklist for information and documents required for
submittal. Also, please print, sign, and return a copy to our office.
2 2) Please provide a copy of the current land use permit as outlined in "Other Items" on page one (1) of the
checklist. This document is required with all building permit applications regardless of size and use of the
structure.
IL, 3) Please provide two (2) copies of a site plan as outlined on page two (2) of the checklist. The submitted
photo's are not sufficient.
O 4) Please provide a second copy of the building plans approved by the Colorado Division of Housing, as only
one (1) copy was submitted.
911--5) Please provide two larger (2) copies of the foundation plans as the submitted 11"x 17" size is illegible.
Please reference building permit # BLCO-9-12-2629 and note "Requested information/revisions" when
submitting. To verify application completeness and avoid delays, submittals should be made in person to the
building and planning department. Feel free to contact us with questions, concerns, or for directions, if needed.
