JOINER PROPERTY
Access
Access to Parcel B is via an existing drive beginning at the
Highway 82 southerly right-of-way and extending through a
permanent access easement to the subject property. This easementis shown as Parcel E-9 Bev. on attatched right-of-way map andindicated to be used for a road approach on attatched R.O.W.
Tabulation of Properties in Garfield County. Both documentsare copies produced and provided by the Department of Highways.
See also attatched copies of Warranty Deed and Permanent Easement
agreement as recorded in Book 446, pages 544 and 545, and
Book 445, pages 5O7 and 5O8, in Garfield County.
The above i-nformation on the road approach to benefit the
Lawrence Fischer property (now owned by Thomas Joiner) was
substantiated in a telephone conversation on October 11, 1983
with Charles Dunn, District Right-Of-Way Engineer with the
Department of Highways. He indicated we would confirm ourconversation in a letter.
Access to Parcel A will be provided along a 3Or wide easement
running adjacent to the northerly property line of Parcel B.This road, in fact, exists at the present time. Provision forthis access easement can be found in the new 1ega1 descriptionfor the proposed subdivision.

Maximum draw down 6, 15 gpm. Z, -zt.tTotal test time---------t hr.Production ls greater than 15 qpm.
This test was conducted with the existing pump and equiprnent.The pump is a Sta-Rite Jet pump Model ANC 1,/2 I{p. fhe ttaximum pumpingrate with the existing pump is 15 gpm. The clravr down in this wellwould indicate a much greater production than 15 gpm. The rvater leve1was stablized at 2t-2" after 1 min. of pumping ar,c remained constantduring the test period. ?he pumping "y=t"* could supply the needs oftwo homes but care shoulcl be taken on the si-zino or iire-water rine tothe second home to prevent to much friction loss and poor pressure tothe house. A jet pump has maximum pressure of approx. 55 psi. ciependingon the water level in the vrell_.
