This easementis shown as Parcel E-9 Bev. on attatched right-of-way map andindicated to be used for a road approach on attatched R.O.W. Tabulation of Properties in Garfield County. Both documentsare copies produced and provided by the Department of Highways. See also attatched copies of Warranty Deed and Permanent Easement agreement as recorded in Book 446, pages 544 and 545, and Book 445, pages 5O7 and 5O8, in Garfield County. The above i-nformation on the road approach to benefit the Lawrence Fischer property (now owned by Thomas Joiner) was substantiated in a telephone conversation on October 11, 1983 with Charles Dunn, District Right-Of-Way Engineer with the Department of Highways. He indicated we would confirm ourconversation in a letter. Access to Parcel A will be provided along a 3Or wide easement running adjacent to the northerly property line of Parcel B.This road, in fact, exists at the present time.
