RESOI,LITION
WHEREAS, CHARLES C. JO}INSTON, and GRACE E. JOHI.ISTON,
have petj,tioned Lhe Board of County Conrmissioners of Garfield
County, Colcrado, for an exeinfit j-on under C. R. S. 197 3
30-28-101 (d) ;
WHEREAS, the Board has examined the petitj-on and discu.ssed
the matter rvith petitioners' attorney, and the matter has been
favorably revj-ewed by the Garfj-eld Counl-y Planning Department,
and
WHEREAS, Lhe Board is convinced that the purchase by the
pet:Ltioner of what is shovrn as "Parcel C" on the attached
sheeL, cons-isting of three acres of ground, is not made for
the purpose of evading C.R.S. L973 30-28-101, and should be
exempted from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and
"sub-divided land".
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Pete J. Mattivi, and
seconded by Flaven Cerj-se, and unanimously carried, the above
purchase is hereby exempt from such definition, and this
purchase ma), be made by the petitiongEg-r p{,9,v-Fded, however,

the attached sheet.
