We have reviewed the documents provided for the above mentioned property including:
1. Subsoil Study prepared by HP Geotech dated February 9, 2015.
2. Roof Plan prepared by KA Designworks dated March 10, 2015.
3. Layout and Grading Plan by RCLA dated February 4, 2015 (revision 3116115).
It is our determination the grading as shown on the Layout and Grading Pan will direct stormwatcr
run-off away from the proposed residence and will prevent run-off onto adjacent properties. The
proposed drywell will be constructed as shown on the attached detail.
All recommendations put forth in the subsoil study shall be adhered to.
