DANIELSON State Engineer 91 P,n, In SEP 19 1991 jjj GA I t -IL .0COUNTY We have reviewed the above referenced proposal to subdivide a 20 acre parcel into two parcels. Parcel A will have 12.77 acres and Parcel B will have 6.5 acres. The property is located north of the Town of New Castle. Parcel A is served water from a domestic well, Permit Number 157302, and Parcel B is served water from a well on an adjacent property, Permit Number 146453, which serves the adjacent property and Parcel B. The applicant is requesting approval from the County of an exemption with the aforementioned existing water conditions. According to Dwight Whitehead, the well inspector in Glenwood Springs and the applicant, there will be no change in the water supply system nor an increase in the number of dwellings served. Based on this, we recommend approval of this exemption. Should you have further questions regarding this submittal, please contact this office. Sincerely, ,<)/r- 9(IL T.
