Condition #7 stated that the applicants shall satisfy the conditions of approval and file an Exemption Plat within 120 days of approval. This 120 day period will expire at the end of this week. The ordinance does provide for two (2) extensions of six (6) months each if granted by the Board of County Commissioners.
