We are the sole owners of Tracts 55 and 58 and we are hereby requesting that the tracts be amended as depicted on the enclosed prints. We desire to adjust the common boundary between Tract 55 and Tract 58 in order to facilitate an irrigation ditch grade along Northerly boundary of Tract 58 that will ensure that all the irrigable land on Tract 58 can be irrigated. We also desire to create an access and utility easement along the west boundary of Tract 58 for the benefit of Tract 55. He informed me that he currently has submitted an Amended Final Plat of Tracts 55 and 58 to your office for approval. I have inspected the property and have determined that sight distances for both driveways will be adequate. The location of both driveways with respect to the intersection of County Road 233 and County Road 259 is not a problem. Culverts will address the drainage requirements. I prefer to issue the driveway permits to the lot buyers in order to have direct contact and communication with the parties responsible for construction of the driveways.
