PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
owners
respectfully
petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division ofa 3.09 acre tract of land into two
tracts of approximately 1.05 and 2.04 acres each, more or less, and
which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows:

Aparcel of land situated in Lot 36 of Section 1,Township 7 South, Range 89 West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, as described by Document
No. 282247of the Garfield County, Colorado records, copy attached.
The proposed 1.05acre and 2.04 acre parcel descriptions also attached.
from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) -(d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
To permit another commercial building to be constructed.
In support of this petition, the petitioner also submits the following:

(c) Vicinity Map
(d) Statement on source of domestic water
(e) Statement on method of sewage disposal
(f) 100 year floodplain information where

Gentlemen:
Hue Mart Corporation, owners of 3.09 acres located at
6818 - 6824 State Highway 82, hereby authorizes Solar Country
for presentation procedure of exemption of Hue Mart Corpora-
tion's property at the above location.
Water will be furnished by existing well producing minimum
of 15 GPM, located on said property.
Sanitation sewer will be individual septic in accordance with
Garfield County regulations.
