(1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned owners respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division ofa 3.09 acre tract of land into two tracts of approximately 1.05 and 2.04 acres each, more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows: (legal description - attach separate sheet if additional space is required) Aparcel of land situated in Lot 36 of Section 1,Township 7 South, Range 89 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, as described by Document No. 282247of the Garfield County, Colorado records, copy attached. The proposed 1.05acre and 2.04 acre parcel descriptions also attached. from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) -(d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below: To permit another commercial building to be constructed.
