We also attach our check in the amount of $75.00 to cover the application fee. As discussed with you, it is our intention to have Mr. Bob Risley, Grand Valley, handle the preparation of the percolation test holes and the subsequent installation of the septic tank and construction of the leach field. It is our understanding that he is a licensed installer and is qualified to perform such work in accordance with Garfield County standards and requirements. We will therefore have him coordinate the prepara- tion for the perc. tests with you as well as with our Surface Lessee, Mr. Paul Bumgardner, Grand Valley. Hopefully, I plan to meet with Bob and Paul this week to discuss this matter and to make an inspection of the property and the general leach field area. If there are any questions regarding the application or maps, please call me collect in Denver at 759 -7042.
