Re: Detached Horse Barn permit #10845
To the Garfield County Planning & Building Department,
I am resubmitting sheet B-1 (plan), B-4 (elevations) and B-5 (sections) with 2015 dates.
The original 2007 permit and drawings were based on a permit to use the bam in a home
occupation business. In 2007, after deciding not to follow through with a Conditional Use
Permit for a home occupation, the Speakers completed the bam without installing ADA
required improvements and with some other changes shown on the new drawings.
