Regarding: Separate Permit for Existing Compressor Shed
Dear David,
Per your request, and on behalf of Bayou Well Services and Pritchard Associates, I am
filing for a separate building permit for the compressor building addition to the existing
structure.
As you are aware, this is existing construction and is not referenced on the Bayou set of
plans under Permit No BLCO-9-11-2180. To avoid confusion with multiple revisions, I am
providing you with a site plan, floor plan, section, and elevations for the applicant.
You are already in receipt of the stamped Structural documents of which I have included
in this set. Oddo Engineering performed an on site observation of the existing structure
and produced the attached report indicating modifications in order for the existing
structure to comply with IBC 2006 and municipal load requirements.
