Subject: Building Initial Fire Inspection — 136 Callahan Court, Parachute
Mr. Pesnichak,
I am writing this letter to advice Garfield County Building and Planning that the initial
fire Inspection for the property located at 136 Callahan Court, Parachute, CO 81635 was
completed on January 14, 2013 at 1330 hrs. I did not find any problems with the location. I
would approve for the property to move ahead from the Fire Districts end of the process. A
follow up Fire Inspection will be completed once the occupant is completely moved in for the
business fire inspection.
Even with the Fire Districts review of the plans it is the responsibility of the owner to
make sure the building complies with the International Fire Code 2009 Edition. If you should
